God blessing the Water of Life in 1967 at Dukso Faith Village.

Since the very beginning God has blessed the Water of Life, revealing the vast and amazing power of the Holy Dew Spirit. Through the Water of Life we have learned about the unchanging eternal world of Heaven and understood the power that purifies the sins of mankind. Because of space restrictions we have selected a few among the numerous testimonials about the Water of Life.

In 1956 the Twenty Thousand Altar, the Chunbukyo Church with a seating capacity of 20,000, was built in the Chungamdong section of the Yongsangoo district, Seoul, and my family was provided with housing on the construction site, because my late husband (Jang Se-ho, Deacon) was the on-site supervisor. The house had a space where the Water of Life was blessed. Several large tubs filled with water were blessed by God and people brought bottles to receive the Water of Life.
One day I lifted the cover off a tub of the Water of Life and saw a foggy mist pouring into it. After verifying with my own eyes that the Water of Life was filled with the Holy Dew Spirit I understood its precious value at last and did my utmost not to spill and waste even a single drop of it when I drank it or poured it into a bottle.

In 1968 or thereabouts I took part in a Blessing Day service at the Dukso Faith Village. The participants set down the cans filled with water they had brought and God blessed them. As usual He went down the long row of cans, blessing them, blowing out air with a whistling sound, “Whoosh, Whoosh,” when a hazy smoke-like vapor started shooting out from his fingertips. Like contrails or trails of white cloud forming behind high-flying airplanes, the milky-white streaks kept shooting out from his hands following them wherever they moved. Transfixed, I stood there a long time, gaping at this wondrous sight, exclaiming, “This is it, the Holy Dew Spirit!”

The Water of Life is the certain proof of God’s hand touching it: “When the Chunbukyo’s Water of Life appears, filled with the essence of eternal life and incorruptible, the fake, separated from the true, will be exposed.”

The first-born daughter of a devout Christian family I continued attending a Presbyterian church even after marriage. In 1966, Senior Deaconess Yang who ran a business selling Faith Village brand soy sauce came over for a visit and succeeded in securing me as her client ever after. Then she started proselytizing, saying “You cannot attain salvation without receiving the blessings of the Olive Tree.” For a whole year she kept coming over to my house to convert me, one time with the Minister of the Chunbukyo Church. From then on my prayer was: “God, show me the true way between the two!”
A couple of weeks after I started going to the Chunbukyo Church the Minister told everybody to bring a can for the Water of Life because on that Sunday they were going to the Dukso Faith Village to get the Water of Life blessing by God. Not finding a suitable can I put some water from my house into a Coca Cola bottle and went, determined to find out whether there was any truth to the rumors spread by detractors of the Chunbukyo Church that the Water of Life was in fact the water Elder Park had washed his hands or feet with or whether it was the kind of water that did not rot, as claimed by the Chunbukyo Church.
I put down the bag with the Coke bottle in it next to the water cans of other people. A little later God stepped out and, stretching out both arms, he breathed out a few times with a whistling sound, “Whoosh, Whoosh,” and declared the blessing done. “Can that sort of thing rot-proof water?” Full of skepticism, I put the blessed Coke bottle and another bottle of home water next to each other in the attic of my house. I wanted to see how they fared after a long period of time.
The winter and spring went by and the summer came. The house water in the unblessed bottle had turned opaque with sedimentation and floaters. When I opened its lid, the stench was overwhelming. In contrast, the water in the Coke bottle blessed by God was clear and transparent as at the time of its blessing. When its stopper was removed, a smell as pleasant as the perfume from flowers wafted out. I tried to smell again but the aroma was gone. Soon, however, to my astonishment, the whole room was redolent with a balmy scent. Right then and there I knew it to be the fragrance of the Holy Dew Spirit.
What a stupid sinner I had been testing God this way and that, not believing Him! Overcome with guilt, I made up my mind that, regardless of whatever others might say, I would believe in God totally and follow Him eagerly, because by making me experience these many blessings He had awakened and cleared my doubting mind.

This happened in 1970. I learned that Jumsoon, my younger second cousin and a recent graduate of Gyungboog Girls High School, had suddenly come down with a psychiatric condition. I couldn’t believe this was happening to her, a good student and well-behaved. Devastated, her family took her to the Dongsan and other famous hospitals, all to no effect.
One day I went to her house and found her incessantly murmuring “tangent, cosine, plus, minus,…,” while holding a book upside down. I tried to make her drink the Water of Life but she clamped her mouth shut and refused to drink. So I said, “This is tap water,” but she retorted, “No. It is water from heaven.” In consultation with her mother I made her drink the Water of Life and also attend the daybreak service everyday. In time she started speaking coherently, reading books, and in a few months she was back to her normal self. Married with her own family and well off, Jumsoon thanks me for it even today and so does her mother.

In 1999 I filled a jug with the Water of Life that welled up at the Gijang Faith Village and put it away in a wardrobe for safe keeping. After that I didn’t get to use the wardrobe much and soon forgot all about the Water of Life. Then in 2007 I remembered and took it out. Eight years had gone by but the Water of Life was verifiably clear and clean as when I got it first. Seeing that, though God is in paradise, the dead body, washed with the Water of Life, still blooms beautifully with the Holy Dew Spirit, I am overcome with gratitude beyond words for His being with us as ever.

This happened in 2007. To take part in the Blessing Day service on July 22 I left my house the previous night and arrived at the Gijang Faith Village at daybreak. To get the Water of Life the first thing I did was head for the place where it was received. Passing the waterfall I was turning the corner to go on to the Water of Life area when I came across an extraordinary sight: a fog-like haze descending over the whole area from the road about 100 to 150 feet away outside the entrance to the taps inside where the Water of Life was dispensed. But there was no sign of the haze elsewhere. What was astonishing was that the haze stayed just there though the area was wide open like a plaza with no fence or obstruction. It was 2:59 a.m.
On August 26, the next Blessing Day, I went back to the Faith Village and saw the haze come down and hang over the area where the Water of Life was received. Beholding those sights I was freshly reminded just how precious the Faith Village and the Water of Life were and thanked God for granting me these blessings.
