Salvation Is Obtained Through Deeds, Not Faith

Now, let me speak plainly.
Among the famous books, there is one called the Bible, whose main character is allegedly Jesus. For thousands of years, many renowned people have said that Jesus is the savior, and he is the central figure of the sixty-six books of the Bible.
In this, Jesus declares, “Ah, I am the greatest physician for diseases of the soul. Just believe in me, only me. If you just believe in me, Jesus, you will all receive salvation and not die."
To put it simply, it's like this: Imagine a doctor who is the main character in a book as famous as the Bible in the medical field. This famous doctor examines a patient suffering from 100 fatal diseases. "You have a fatal disease inside you. But just believe in me. Don't you know I am the most famous top doctor? Just believe in me and you will not die." If the patient just believes the doctor's words, will he live or die? He will clearly die.
Would the patient live simply by believing these words? Certainly not. Death would still come.
If Jesus is a physician for diseases of the soul, he must cure the spiritual disease, fundamentally uprooting sin. Making humanity, which was eternally destined to die because of sin, become free from sin and able to reach eternal life –that is what it truly means to be a physician who cures diseases of the soul. But it began to be revealed that Jesus did not know salvation, that Jesus was a human who did not even know the word 'salvation'.
Now, what does it mean to believe and obtain salvation? Imagine an Englishman saying, “I believe you. Therefore, I shall go to England.” If he repeats this ten million times, will he go? No —he must prepare and board a plane to reach the destination.
Thus, merely saying, “I believe, I believe,” is meaningless. Humanity, destined to die because of sin, must be cleansed from sin. Yet, Jesus himself did not know how to wash away sin, nor how to resolve it. Therefore, for two thousand years, no one in the world has clue about how to get salvation. The entire world is ignorant of how sin is washed away.

A Hymn Which Depicts Hell to Cause Longing for Heaven

지옥을 그려 놓고 천국을 바라게 만든 찬송가 507장

In several places in the Bible, I inserted the mention of mankind’s fall from First Heaven to First Hell for the sins they committed. I will talk about one of those insertions. The earth is depicted as hell in verses of the scripture. At the bottom of a hymn, below the lyrics, is found a notation such as a chapter and verse, citing Revelation for example if the passage is from Revelation. Generally, lyrics are scriptural verses. The essential verses―the 2% God has inserted in the Bible for His needs―provide the lyrics of most hymns. What are these insertions? Open to Hymn 507. In no way is the phrase “this body of mine faring on the troubled path of life” a description of heaven. It portrays hell. I have put it there for a reason―to set down evidence of my being God for this current generation. However often they may read it, they will not realize its real import, but upon hearing my lucid explanation they come to say, “It is indeed so.” They come to the realization that this is true and it has been hidden until now for this moment of truth.
“No haven of rest awaits this body of mine faring on the troubled path of life.” None whatsoever. “No place is free from worry or trouble” is a description of hell. “The heavenly kingdom, my home, where I am to return” is a hymn seeking one’s homeland, to which one must retrace his steps. In other words, the earth is depicted as hell, to which the inhabitants of the First Heaven fell. The hymn expresses their desire to be released from a life of affliction in this hell and return home. Does not the exposition demonstrate that I am the author of this Biblical insertion? Clearly it does.
Where, then, is this home? Was it the place of previous abode or not? The objective is to retrace the way back there. “Even if blown by cold winds in the wilderness, the road remaining is not long. Even if swept down by snow storms from over the mountain, the kingdom of heaven is my home whither I must return.” Hell is described to cause longing for the other world. It is I who have set in motion this search for their previous abode, so they may return to their homeland. Spoken on Holy Dew Spirit Day, May 26, 1985

Be Near to God

하나님을 가까이 하라

God values what you want at heart, from within, in truth, and has no use for your ego, your supposed merit or excellence. I value honesty, looking to your heart, and detest and condemn cunning and concealment, the slither and sleaze of a snake. Therefore one who lives with Him grows humble, humbler every day, longing for Him in meekness and modesty. Without your heart in it, your prayer, however fervent, is but cold and brazen. Full of the devil, it is like ice, chilling and repelling. The modest heart, the heart that lowers itself, as low as it can go, that is the heart that God gives. With the heart aglow, tears gush out and prayer wells forth from the innermost depth, the kind of prayer that is not of one’s making but springs spontaneously, directly from the Holy Spirit. That is of the essence. Your heart must glow. Words, cold and dead, mumbled with your lips, do not make prayer. I have said it before and say it again: A hymn, prayer in origin, but sung cold and by rote makes me want to vomit. The sound that rises out of a filthy life is hateful to me. God hates it and grinds underfoot the grumbles, laments, beatings of the ground you display while full of filth inside. Deep earnest desire makes no sound, utters no voice. Unbeknownst to yourself, tears flow, unstoppable, endless. Which way is your faith facing, to what degree, with what intensity? How earnest is your desire, how deep your longing? That is why the Bible urges you in many places to be “near God.” Near to God you have to be. Only the righteous do I seek, those who will go with me to the eternal world. What need do I have for those who are bound for hell? None at all. From way back I have said it: “I want only those, even if it be but a single believer, who will be righteous and go to Heaven, not the others condemned to hell.” This has been so from the very beginning. I need the righteous, worthy of salvation, be it a single individual, and not the rest. Spoken on November 18, 1985

God’s Precious Hand of Salvation

하나님의 귀하신 구원의 손

From the beginning of history to the present, no one has pointed out that humans are essentially composed of the devil. There is no way anyone can know this, unless he be the creator himself. Suppose he did just two things: point out the diabolic composition and explain in detail the method of casting it off and taking on a new composition of the Holy Spirit―two things that he could do as true God. But were these all he did, he would be the God of methodology only. Better not to know about it at all. How frustrating it is to have clear knowledge only of the method of casting off the old to attain eternal life! Will it do to have just knowledge of your composition, thorough comprehension of the method of discarding diabolic composition, lucid understanding about changing to the composition of the Holy Spirit? Or should you receive salvation? Yes, you should receive salvation. If as true God he presents only the two things mentioned but no more, he is just the God of methodology, like a cake in a picture. Suppose you ogle a cake in a picture, hungering for it. Does that cake fill your stomach? We would have nothing further to expect from a God who brings only those two gifts. If all that theoretical knowledge of salvation does not lead to salvation and all that tearing of the breast in frustration and beating and butting of the ground until your forehead splits open is to no effect, wouldn’t it be better not to have heard about it at all? Only God can reveal these two truths, but without the means to implement that knowledge, you have been led down this road for nothing. But this hand of mine is a treasure, which provides the means to melt down diabolic matter. It may look no different than any other but it has a structure that produces the spirit of the triune God. From the tip of this hand comes forth the spirit of the triune God. This is the spirit of the triune God. Without it, all is in vain. So I say unto you that―having come with the hand of might and power, the hand of salvation, mercy and love, pours forth the spirit of the triune God, replaces the diabolic composition with that of the Holy Spirit and takes you to the eternal world―I am the one, the truest of the true. Those Who Transform When Told to Shine

빛을 발하라 할 때 화하는 자

The Bible says, “Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left.” (Matthew 24:40-41, Luke 17:35) When asked about this, even Uchimura Kanzo, the century’s leading theologian, could not answer. He did not know the reason why one is taken and the other left behind. This passage, inserted by God, was to remain incomprehensible until God chose to disclose its meaning to believers after they reach a certain stage. Those who avoid sin and triumph over the devil, refusing to let their thoughts succumb to him by even a 100-millionth of a needle point, will transform into the Holy Spirit and blaze forth at the very moment they hear the command, “Shine.” (Isaiah 60:1) But sinners will remain humans, clumps of rotting feces. While those transformed go to heaven, the untransformed shall not be taken there by God, nor will they get there on their own, no matter how hard they try. Their ultimate destination is bottomless hell. That should explain the irony of the statement of “Sin as much as you want.” Do you understand? Should you therefore sin or not? “Sin as much as you want.” That command is 100 million times more persuasive than the command not to sin. When those unblemished by sin transform and go to that other world with God, the others will remain in their human bodies. As the earth is coming to an end, will it solve anything to beat your breast, wail, beat the ground, drive your head into a rock, and split your forehead? So you must obey God’s every word. Just hearing and nodding is not obedience. When you are told to do something, to observe, to cut out sin, you should do so with a resolute. Cut out the sinful thought itself. All of it must be crushed. Your thoughts must be always pure.

When the Holy Dew Sprit First Descended

이슬성신이 처음 내렸을 때

The grace of the Holy Dew Spirit came down for the first time in March 1955. Upon its descent I made what is called the water of life. By then Ms. Yungshin Im and Mr. Chiyung Yoon had experienced grace and took part in the worship service, clapping their hands, sitting on straw mats among the sick and suffering.

Humans Do Not Know Heaven
"천국은 인간이 알 수 없어"

천국은 인간이 알 수 없어

Apostle Paul, known to be the most learned of Jesus’ disciples, said, “I have been to the third heaven, but I do not know whether it was in the body or out of body.” If he had been there, he should be able to say something about it, but all he could say was “I cannot bring myself to talk about it.” That’s nonsense. He simply did not know and could not talk about it, as no human has the means to know heaven.

The Lamb Is God "하나님이 어린 양"

하나님이 어린 양

To prove that I am God I have inserted in Chapter 14 of Revelation something I alone could disclose. No theologian had any inkling of what I speak now. Mentioned therein is God moving about on this earth. What does it mean? Jesus says he is the Lamb, but look it up and see for yourself. The Lamb is “God with two names inscribed on his forehead.” I alone can explain this. “A crowd of 144,000 follows,” it says, “wherever the Lamb goes.” Is that movement in the sky or on the ground? On the ground. They go wherever I lead. The real God is the one with the names of the Olive Tree and God written on him. Truly I am God, the one who came in human form to move about on the earth. The Trinity is formed by God, the Olive Tree, and the Holy Spirit. Having sinned in the first heaven, souls have fallen to this hell on earth to receive their first punishment. So fallen, they are destined to enter the burning pit of second hell. But in Chapter 14 of Revelation I made a promise to save 144,000. Nobody knows the meaning of this passage. I have to unveil it, because nobody else can. Only the Creator can unveil it. Having made the promise to save 144,000, I am here today in human form, toiling as you see. At the beginning of our church, referring to Chapter 14 of Hosea, I made this announcement: Grace like dew is the Holy Spirit of God. Pouring forth grace like dew for the first time, I stated that “the one bringing down this grace is like the Olive Tree,” whereupon the whole world rose up in arms. Why such global uproar? Because to every serious reader of the Bible it was intuitively clear that the Olive Tree is God who has come to the earth in human form to do His work. God’s Judgment, All Too Fair

너무도 공정한 하나님의 심판

God’s Judgment, All Too Fair At the hour of judgment all humans born since Creation, even those bound for hell, will transform temporarily into gods. Hearts and sins are measured as if on a scale with zero tolerance for error, yielding totally reliable and accurate measurements of sin. Becoming godlike, everyone can observe everything, seeing […]

The Earth is the Center of the Universe, with the Stars as Its Accessories

지구는 우주의 중심, 우주의 별은 액세서리

The Earth is the Center of the Universe, with the Stars as Its Accessories, I want to say that the Earth is 100% the center of the whole universe. The universe contains stars 50 million times bigger than the Earth. The Milky Way alone has stars 1 million or 50 million times bigger. I am […]
